Canadians will soon be able to purchase a new smartphone from South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung on the networks of Bell and Virgin Mobile, namely the Galaxy S4 mini.

Samsung has already confirmed plans to bring the smartphone to the market in Canada, and mobilesyrup reports that the two carriers are certain to launch it.

The mobile phone will also be accompanied by a series of accessories on the networks of these operators, the news site reports.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Galaxy S4 was made official with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display and with a 1.7GHz dual-core processor packed inside.

Furthermore, the device features an 8-megapixel camera on the back, along with a 1.9MP front camera for video calling. The phone is powered by a 1900 mAh battery and runs under Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
