Samsung announced earlier today that the Galaxy S Advance will hit shelves in the UK on April 30 via multiple operators and retailers, including Phones4U and Vodafone.

However, it looks like Three UK was faster and made the smartphone available starting today. Customers who don’t bother committing to a long-term plan can grab the Galaxy S Advance for free via Three UK.

The handset comes with a large 4.0-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen curved display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution, and features Corning Gorilla Glass coating.

Samsung Galaxy S Advance is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and packs a 1 GHz dual-core processor, 768MB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB). Check it out here.
