South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics has been long rumored to plan on packing its upcoming Galaxy Note III smartphone with high-end hardware, so as to make it stand above all other smartphones out there.

Some more info on the matter is now available.

Apparently, the company is getting ready to include an 8-core graphics processor inside the new device, in addition to an 8-core CPU, as previously rumored.

According to a new report coming from SamMobile, the smartphone will pack an Exynos 5 Octa processor inside, paired with a Mali 450 GPU, and will be able to deliver impressive performance capabilities, especially since it will also sport 3GB of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Note III is also said to run under Android 4.2.2 with Samsung’s Nature UX 2.0 loaded on top, though it might sport Android 4.3 at launch.
