Samsung kicked off the rollout of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Note 10.1 a few weeks ago, but Canadians have been left out from the initial release.

According to MobileSyrup, Galaxy Note 10.1 owners in Canada have started to receive the hotly-anticipated upgrade.

Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean is now pushed OTA (over the air) in waves, so not all users might get it at the same time.

Those who have yet to be notified on this major update can search for it manually by going to Settings / About tablet / Check for updates.

Initially, Samsung deployed the Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Note 10.1 in the UK and India, followed soon by the United States and, partially, Australia. It will probably take a few more weeks until it reaches all countries.
