14 DAY TRIAL // We reported a few days ago that Samsung Ativ S was on “Coming Soon” at Rogers. The carrier also confirmed that the smartphone would be available for purchase for as low as $150/€115 on a 3-year contract.
However, no details on the Ativ S availability were confirmed at that time, so we assumed Rogers would launch the device in the following weeks.
Today, the folks over at MobileSyrup have been able to confirm the Samsung Ativ S will arrive in Canada in late November.
According to a Rogers internal document, Samsung Ativ S will be available for third-party retailers and dealers starting November 20.
This means that the smartphone should hit shelves about a week later, which puts the Ativ S release date sometime around November 27-30. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
