Canadian mobile phone carrier Rogers is gearing up for the launch of some appealing new handsets on its network, and appears set to make room for them by ending the life of some of the already available smartphones.

Thus, the carrier will soon remove from its offering smartphones such as the HTC One X, Samsung Galaxy SII LTE, Samsung Galaxy Note, Sony Xperia T (Bond Phone), HTC Desire C, LG Optimus L, and the BlackBerry Curve 9360, a leaked document that emerged over at MobileSyrup unveils.

However, as the news site notes, these handsets will continue to receive OS updates even after they reach their end of life status on the carrier’s shelves, though it’s yet uncertain for how long they will be supported by the carrier and their manufacturers.

Hopefully, more info on this will emerge soon, so stay tuned for updates.
