Google launched the Bright Red Nexus 5 last month, but the device sold out pretty quickly. Those who got the chance to grab the 16GB model via Google Play Store had to pay $349 (€230) upfront, while the 32GB variant was priced at $400 (€265).

These are very good prices which cannot be offered by any carrier selling the Nexus 5. Still, Canadians are given another chance to pick up the red-themed Nexus 5 from various carriers in the country.

MobileSyrup reports TELUS will add the Bright Red Nexus 5 to its portfolio of Android smartphones beginning March 7. The smartphone will be available for $100 (€65) with a new two-year agreement or for $500 (€330) off contract.

WIND Mobile has also confirmed it will start selling the red Nexus 5 on March 7, whereas Videotron is already offering the device.

Videotron customers can grab the 16GB version of Nexus 5 in red for free on a 24-month plan with a monthly charge of $69.95 (€45) or higher. Customers who do not wish to commit to a long-term contract can also purchase the red Nexus 5 at Videotron for $500 (€330) upfront.

Additional carriers might announce the availability of the Red Nexus 5 through their official retail channels, but for now these are the only ones that we know they will sell the smartphone.
