Yesterday, Apple made official a new version of its highly popular iPad device, and announced that it would be available in the United States on the airwaves of AT&T and Verizon starting with March 16th.

On that day, users in the US will be able to purchase the new tablet PC with support for the LTE networks of these wireless carriers.

However, it appears that those who will reserve the device on AT&T’s airwaves will have to wait a bit longer for it to be delivered.

The delivery date for pre-ordered devices has been pushed back to March 19th, from the aforementioned March 16th, and might get delayed even more before the tablet hits shelves.

On Verizon’s network, the device is still said to start shipping in due time, but things might get delayed here as well.
