Plume, a beautifully designed Twitter client for Android devices, has just received its second update in under a week. Just like the previous upgrade, it brings some bug fixes and improvements.

First of all, LevelUp Studio, developers of Plume, removed the Direct Message view from the lockscreen widget. In addition, an issue with the long click not working properly in some cases has been corrected as well.

Last but not least, the latest update also includes a fix for a crash when the SD card is missing.

Although the previous update added more new features, including some for Android 4.2, it’s nice that LevelUp Studio is trying to fix all issues reported by users, as fast as possible.

Plume for Twitter 4.71 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
