Google has been long rumored to be en-route to bringing to the market new Nexus devices this quarter, with some of them featuring screens larger than those of smartphones, and some more alleged proof of that emerged online today.

The EXIF data of a photo on Picasa points at a certain Google Nexus 10 device, one that might prove to be the already rumored tablet PC from Samsung.

The photo also suggests that the slate might arrive on shelves with a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, yet no other details on the matter are available.

Previous rumors on this, however, suggested that the tablet might sport a 10.1-inch screen capable of delivering a 2,560 x 1,600 pixel resolution (299 ppi density).

Provided that the device is real, we should hear more on it soon, maybe at Google’s October 29 event.
