Chinese phone maker Oppo is reportedly preparing the launch of a new smartphone running under Google’s Android operating system, namely the Find 7, a successor for the company’s popular Find 5.

The upcoming device is said to pack a Snapdragon 800 processor inside, which should make it one of the most powerful smartphones out there. The handset should also sport a 5-inch full HD touchscreen display, along with a 13-megapixel photo snapper, 2GB of RAM, and a possible 8MP front camera.

Another interesting feature of the device would be its 4000 mAh battery, packed inside a 9.9mm thin body (it should be able to offer longer usage times than current 5-inch smartphones, it seems), as rbmen notes.

Featuring NFC capabilities, the Oppo Find 7 is expected to become official in mid-September, though confirmation on the matter has yet to emerge.
