In recent days, Oppo has announced two new low-end smartphones introduced as the Neo 5 (2015) and Neo 5s, a duo of modestly-specced handsets that will carry a very affordable price tag.

But the up-and-rising Chinese smartphone maker is also prepping something more interesting. The folks over at GSM Arena managed to dig out some information about an unannounced Oppo smartphone, called the Mirror 5.

Just like the Oppo R1x, the Mirror 5 will also boast a gorgeous mirrored rear back with diamond pattern. Apart from that, it will bundle a few other interesting features.

We’re yet to know the complete spec list of the phone, but we can tell you that the Mirror 5 will come equipped with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. In the photography department, the new Oppo device will feature a rear camera with Pure Image 2.0+ interface and a 5MP selfie snapper with Beatify 3.0 functions.

The phone will be made available in 3G and LTE variants and will be released by the end of June or early July with Android 5.0 Lollipop on board. The new handset succeeds the Oppo Mirror 3, which launched back in January. Recently, mid-range phones are getting better and better, and Mirror 5 should be one such exponent.
