Oppo Find 5, the Android-based 5-inch smartphone that Chinese mobile phone maker Oppo has made official only several weeks ago, will enjoy global availability next year, the company has unveiled.

Following a wide range of rumors on whether the phone will indeed be released on the international market or not, the company posted on Facebook a photo that mentioned a series of markets around the world, noting that this is “a small gift” for its users.

The handset will arrive on shelves in the US, the UK, France, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Finland, Japan, New Zealand and other countries soon in two flavors, with 16GB and 32GB of internal memory, respectively.

“2013 will be a year to look forward to,” the company notes. The 16GB Find 5 model should cost $499 (€376), while the 32GB model will be priced at $569 (€430).
