14 DAY TRIAL // Opera Software has just released a new version of its beta browser for Android devices. This is a major upgrade, as the application has been bumped from version 15 to 16.
First of all, Opera Mobile 16 beta provides users of the browser with a brand new Chromium. According to developers, Chromium has been upgraded to version 29.
In addition, the download manager has been improved, along with NFC (Near Field Communication) functionality. A compression method change in Off-road mode has been included as well.
Last but not least, various stability and performance fixes have been added, but developers have yet to offer any additional details on these.
