Rumors prophesizing the advent of the OnePlus Two smartphone have been flying around the web for quite some time, but we didn’t know for sure whether such a device will become reality or not.

Well, during a recent interview with the Android Headlines publication, the company’s CEO Carl Pei has revealed that the company has decided upon making a One Plus Two.

The company official goes on to say that the handset will “surprise people,” adding that the handset’s display has already been changed several times.

On top of that, we were told that future OnePlus products would be sold in American, European and Asian versions in order to provide compatibility with the region’s networks and data bands.

Furthermore, Pei talked a little bit about tablets. In an earlier article preceding the kick start of 2015, we named the possible OnePlus tablet as one of the most anticipated slates of the year to come.

But it appears the company has another vision regarding this topic. According to Pei, no one in the tech industry is making money off tablets, so they decided to keep away from this particular product category.

So there you have it folks, if you were hoping for a nifty OnePlus tablet bundled with a nice custom ROM on top, we hate to be the ones to burst your bubble.
