It’s no mystery that the makers of China’s “flagship killer,” the OnePlus One, are working on a successor to their first device.

The rumor mill is calling it OnePlus Two although we have no idea whether the handset will actually be marketed under this name or not.

Anyhow, so far we didn't know much about the specifications of the upcoming flagship, but now thanks to a source talking to Giz China, we can tell you that the OnePlus Two will feature a 5.5-inch display like its predecessor but will boast QHD resolution instead.

Other details include the phone taking advantage of the high-end Snapdragon 810 like any other self-respective flagship these days, which will work hand in hand with 4GB of RAM, which is exactly what the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro brings to the table.

Battery capacity is estimated to be at 3,300 mAh, which represents a slight improvement over the current 3,100 mAh capacity we see with the current OnePlus One.

The handset will run Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box and will apparently go on sale for around $435 / €375.

A smaller OnePlus one version might be also be in the works, but details about this particular model are pretty scarce for the time being.
