Redmond-based software giant Microsoft is expected to bring its popular Office suite to Android devices as well with the launch of Office 2013, and some more details on the matter are now available.

Previously said to arrive on Android next year, Office 2013 is now said to be sold to the owners of devices powered by this OS as a service.

The info comes from a leaked presentation that microsoft-news managed to look at, and is complemented by a series of details on usage, such as the fact that the app will be available for licensing for a number of up to 5 devices per user.

This is not the first time Microsoft is rumored to plan the release of such clients for mobile devices (and for other platforms, for that matter), and it appears that things are finally falling into place.

However, we’ll have to wait for the official confirmation to learn more on the company’s plans.
