The clip focuses on the camera enhancements included in the new firmware

Last week, Nokia officially announced the availability of a new software update for the owners of Lumia smartphones out there, namely the Nokia Amber upgrade, which is based on Windows Phone 8 GDR2. Now the company has released a video ad to raise awareness of it.

The clip, which can be seen embedded above, focuses mainly on the camera enhancements that the new OS flavor brings to devices.

“The Lumia Amber software update is here! Enjoy even better camera performance, plus support for Nokia Smart Camera, the handy Nokia Glance Screen feature and much more,” Nokia notes in the video’s description.

Last week, Nokia announced that the new firmware release was set to become available worldwide for all Windows Phone 8 Lumia devices out there, starting with the Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 smartphones in select markets.
