Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has made available for download a new flavor of its Contact Share application for the Windows Phone 7 platform, adding some new features to it.

The new flavor of the software now provides support for sharing via Bluetooth connections as well, in addition to enabling users to send vCards via SMS and email.

The feature is available only for Nokia’s handsets running under Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7.8 operating system, WMPoweruser notes.

Nokia devices such as Lumia 610, Lumia 505 and Nokia 510 are currently sold in China and Mexico with the new platform release loaded on top right from the start, so they are able to take advantage of the new feature in the Contact Share app.

Nokia should make the new update available for more devices in the not too distant future. Stay tuned for more info on the matter.
