A new flavor of the Nokia Pulse app is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone devices, namely version 0.10.24, which is still a beta release.

No specific info on what was changed in the new app iteration has been provided as of now, but it seems that Nokia has finally included support for Windows Phone 8 handsets inside it.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Nokia Pulse was designed as a simple way to send rich location messages to friends and family.

The app adds users’ location to any message, as it features deep integration with Nokia’s Maps service. Furthermore, it enables users to create Pulse live tiles or conversations.

The new version of the Nokia Pulse app can be seen on this page in the Windows Phone Store.
