One of the smartphones that should arrive on shelves this year with Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8.1 (aka Windows Phone Blue) operating system loaded on top is the Nokia Martini, recently leaked info suggests.

We have already learned that Nokia was aiming at releasing a series of new devices powered by the latest version of the operating system, yet specific info on how many there would be hasn’t been provided as of now.

No details on what Nokia Martini will have to offer in terms of hardware and capabilities have been provided, but a recent tweet coming from infamous tipster @evleaks suggests that this is one of the Windows Phone 8.1 devices that we should be keeping an eye on.

As you can imagine, Martini is only a codename for the yet unannounced smartphone, and it will arrive on the market under a completely different name, most probably as part of the Nokia Lumia lineup, provided, of course, that it is a real device.

Another aspect of the phone that is shrouded in mystery at the moment is related to its availability. We have already learned that Microsoft might be set to make Windows Phone 8.1 official in early April, and it remains to be seen whether Nokia Martini will be one of the first devices to bring it to the market.
