Nokia Lumia 930, the high-end Windows Phone 8.1 device that went official in early April, is currently said to be coming to Ireland in the near future, on the network of mobile operator Meteor.

Apparently, the wireless carrier has already confirmed plans to add the new handset to its offering though no specific info on when that might happen has been provided as of now, a recent post on Ireland Technology Blog reads.

The first Windows Phone 8.1-based device has already landed on shelves in various markets out there, in the form of Lumia 630, but that is an entry-level phone, featuring only 512MB of RAM inside.

Those who are looking for a more powerful smartphone powered by the operating system will have to wait for the Lumia 930 to arrive on the market.

The handset sports a 5-inch full HD screen, a 2.2GHz quad-core processor with Adreno 330 graphics, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory, though no microSD memory card slot was included inside it.

Moreover, Nokia Lumia 930 sports a 20.7-megapixel camera on the back, a 1.2MP front camera, and a Li-Ion 2420 mAh battery, along with the entire set of usual connectivity capabilities.

Although no official announcement on the matter was made, Nokia Lumia 930 is expected to become available for purchase around the world before the end of this month.
