Nokia and AT&T seem set to have the new Lumia 900 smartphone available for purchase starting in March this year, some of the latest reports on the matter suggest.

The smartphone has already been rumored to be slated for launch in this timeframe, but no confirmation on that has emerged before.

However, it appears that Nokia let slip the targeted launch window for the device in the latest official Nokia Developer Newsletter.

Since there was no formal announcement, the release date is still unofficial. Even so, Paul Thurrott from WinSuperSite suggests that March 18th will make enthusiasts happy, and that we should mark the date. Lumia 900 is the latest Windows Phone that Nokia unveiled to the world, and will arrive in the United States exclusively on the airwaves of AT&T. It is the first LTE handset from Nokia.
