Mobile phone carrier AT&T might add the new Nokia Lumia 900 smartphone to its offering as soon as April 8th, some new rumors on the matter suggest.

The Windows Phone-based LTE-capable device was made official at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, with a targeted release date set for the “coming months.”

The handset was expected to become available at AT&T in March, but recent reports suggested that it might have been delayed to late April.

Now, the phone is said to be on track for an April 8th launch. A user claiming to be “an assistant manager with an AT&T store in California” has offered the said info on The Verge.

Since nothing has been officially confirmed on the matter for the time being, we’ll take this with a grain of salt, but we’ll keep an eye out for additional details.
