It looks like Nokia plans to launch a new series of Lumia smartphones powered by Windows Phone 8, next year.

The company’s flagship handset, Lumia 920 is one of the most popular smartphones on the market, though it’s very hard to find.

Chinese site Cnbeta has just published a few pictures showing an unannounced Nokia smartphone, the Lumia 825.

This is a slightly improved version of Nokia Lumia 820 and is expected to hit shelves in February 2013.

Nokia Lumia 825 is said to boast an impressive 8-megapixel rear photo snapper with Carl Zeiss lens, dual-LED flash, autofocus and full HD (1080p) video recording.

On the inside, the smartphone packs a dual-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, which is complemented by 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. It also sports a 4.3-inch PureMotion capacitive touchscreen display.
