The first 4G LTE-enabled Windows Phone 8.1 handset out there, namely the Nokia Lumia 635, is now available for purchase on some more markets, as it has just landed on shelves at Vodafone Ireland.

The mobile phone can now be seen listed on the wireless carrier’s website with a price tag of €149.99 ($204) attached to it, on a Pay As You Go basis.

Moreover, the operator notes that those who will bring their own number when switching to its services will be able to get the new device for €20 ($27) less.

Nokia Lumia 635 was announced back in April as the LTE-enabled version of Lumia 630, and is also the cheapest 4G-capable Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone to date.

It is an entry-level device, but it still sports appealing specs, such as a 4.5-inch touchscreen display, a quad-core processor, and a 5-megapixel camera on the back.

Lumia 635 was launched with 8GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot capable of accommodating 128GB of additional storage, and with the usual set of connectivity capabilities, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS receiver. The phone is powered by an 1830mAh battery.

On top of that, the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system loaded on this device has brand-new features available for its users, such as Start Screen backgrounds, Notifications Centre, and more.

“Introducing the best Windows Phone experience ever. Enjoy typing by swiping with Word Flow, the fastest keyboard around, and see all of your chats, social updates and settings with just one swipe in the all-new Action Center,” the wireless carrier notes on its website.
