Lumia 620, the latest Windows Phone 8 smartphone from Nokia and also the cheapest of them all, is now available for purchase in Canada via wireless carrier TELUS.

The smartphone will provide users with appealing features at a low price tag, since it can be purchased for $250 outright, or for free on a two-year contract agreement, MobileSyrup notes.

The specs list of the smartphone includes a 3.8-inch display capable of delivering an 800 x 480 pixels resolution, along with a 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor and 512MB of RAM.

Furthermore, the new mobile phone packs 8GB of internal memory, microSD memory card slot, a 5-megapixel camera on the back, NFC capabilities, and the usual set of connectivity options inside.
