Russia is the only European country that received the budget-friendly Windows Phone 8 device, but Nokia promised that Lumia 620 would arrive in more regions in early February.
Three will be one of the carriers to offer the Lumia 620 in the UK. We can safely assume the smartphone will be available for free on several Three UK plans, but the no term price is another story.
