The handset will be priced at 35,650 Pesos ($820 / €608)

Nokia Lumia 1020, the 41-megapixel Windows Phone 8 smartphone from the Finnish mobile phone maker, is set to become available for purchase in the Philippines starting with October 11.

The handset has already been officially announced for the local market, and will be put up for sale through Nokia and supporting retail stores.

The maker is also set to bundle it with the Nokia Camera Grip for free, and will be offering it at 35,650 Pesos ($820 / €608), WPCentral reports.

Nokia’s high-end device has already started to storm the market in various countries around the world, and it should appeal a lot to many users, especially to those interested in a highly capable camera smartphone.

The Windows Phone 8 device features a 4.5-inch screen, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and 2GB of RAM inside. It also sports 32GB of internal memory, and the usual set of connectivity features.
