Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia is reportedly gearing up for the unveiling of a new high-end Windows Phone 8 smartphone in the next few weeks, one that would sport a 41MP camera on the back and which has been spotted before as Nokia EOS.

The phone hasn’t been officially confirmed as of now, but recent reports suggest that it might arrive on shelves under the name of Nokia Lumia 1020, and that Nokia should unveil it at the “Zoom Reinvented” press event on July 11.

In addition to said camera, the new device should also include various new features and capabilities, one of which might have something to do with the recently trademarked “Nokia Zoom” name.

In fact, WMPoweruser notes that the name could be related to the “lossless zoom” capabilities of the phone, given that the trademark covers “Mobile phones, smart phones, tablets; accessories and replacement parts for mobile phones, smart phones and tablets.”
