Announced at the Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona, Nokia 808 PureView has yet to make its debut in some markets.

Fortunately, customers in Jordan can now purchase the monster camera-phone starting this week for $635 USD (505 EUR) outright. However, the Finnish company also throws in a free tripod in the sales packages.

According to the MyNokiaBlog, the PureView 808 is only available via major carrier SmartBuy, though we’re not sure if the operator offers other pricing options as well.

Nokia 808 PureView is the first smartphone to come with Nokia Belle FP1 onboard. The smartphone’s main selling point is the amazing 41-megapixel rear camera, which features autofocus, Xenon flash, full HD (1080p) video recording and Carl Zeiss optics.

It is also worth mentioning that the smartphone will receive a major Belle FP2 update by the end of the year, which will further improve users’ experience.
