More signs that the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean platform is nearing its official release have emerged, the latest of which includes a new flavor of the Nexus 7 tablet PC receiving Bluetooth SIG certification.

The device was spotted at the certification forum with model number ME307T, the same as the original Nexus 7 tablet PC, but with the aforementioned Android 4.3 platform loaded on top.

The slate was spotted with software version number JWR11 on it, which is rumored to be one of the Android 4.3 builds.

As TalkAndroid notes, the fact that Nexus 7 has been re-certified suggests that it would also include new hardware inside, though it still remains to be seen what exactly has been changed inside it.

The newly announced Bluetooth Smart Ready support in Android could be one explanation.
