The handset was unveiled with a 13MP camera with HDR

Sony Mobile has packed a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back of its new Xperia Z flagship device, thus making it capable of delivering a great imaging experience to all those who will purchase it.

A new set of camera samples from Xperia Z appears set to confirm that, this time showing us how the phone can perform when it comes to shooting stills outdoors.

These photos were published only over at Clove UK, who explains that, while some of them were taken using the Superior Auto mode, the others were shot in normal mode.

“Superior Auto shoots images at 12 megapixels whilst normal mode shoots at 13 megapixels. A pre-production device was used so image results may differ slightly on a final production unit,” Clove explains.
