Another outage has hit Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network, affecting users all around the United States. Two similar situations have been reported only a few weeks ago.

The wireless services provider is aware of the issue and is working on resolving it, but did not offer info on what caused the outage.

However, Verizon did say that the network was still up and running, only that some of its users were not able to connect to it, a recent article on BGR notes. Here's what the company commented:

We are investigating reports of some customers experiencing trouble accessing the 4GLTE network. The network itself continues to operate and all customers continue to be able to make calls, send text messages and utilize data services. 3G devices are operating normally. For the time being, no specific details on when the service might be restored have been offered. Update: Verizon has announced via Twitter that they managed to resolve the issue affecting 4G services. Operations now be back to normal.

"4GLTE issue resolved overnight. 3G operated normally; calling, texting were unaffected," the carrier announced.
