The ROM has made an appearance over at the XDA-Developers and is said to be a final build of the official platform release for the smartphone.

In the meantime, users who are not willing to wait for the update to be released to them can download and install the leaked build, although it is not an official release.

Before proceeding with the installation, they should both read all the necessary instructions at the XDA-Developers, and should make sure that all data on the device has been backed up.
