14 DAY TRIAL // Computer maker Acer will announce a new smartphone in the popular Acer Liquid series as soon as the next week, during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The company has already posted a teaser on its Google+ account to announce its intentions on the matter, but it did not provide specific info on what users should expect from the device.
“Mobile World Congress 2014: In 4 days, Acer will reveal must-have new products. Take a sneak peek. #MWC14 #AcerLiquid #smartphone,” the company said in the aforementioned post.
A teaser image with the handset was also posted on Google+, showing LED flash next to the camera and what appear to be either backside buttons or a fingerprint scanner.
However, with no specific details on the device’s availability for the time being, we’ll have to wait for the company’s official announcement to learn more on the matter.
