We have recently told you that LG will roll out an affordable Windows Phone model under the Verizon banner soon enough.

Well, it appears the device maker is also planning to launch a new phablet, which will be sold by Sprint, this time.

The folks at Phone Arena have stumbled upon the LG LS770 model at the FCC, which appears to be a device bundling a pretty big 5.8-inch form factor. The phone is about 79.3 mm / 3.12 inches wide and 154.1 mm / 6.07 inches tall, so it’s safe to draw the conclusion that it’s larger than the LG G3.

The documents accompanying the model also describe a smart cover and a stylus of some sort. At some point, it was rumored that the LG G4 might come equipped with a smart pen, but now we’re not so very sure this is the case. But who knows, LG might surprise us after all.

The sketch depicting the phone reveals that it will have a removable back cover, and naturally, a user-replaceable battery. It also appears that the handset will take advantage of a 3,000 mAh battery pack.

That’s about all we know for the time being in regard to this unannounced LG phone. Could it be a mid-range device of sorts?

Back in February, a rumor came out saying that the LG G4 Stylus would launch accompanied by a smart pen, so could this be the device?
