It looks like US-based handset maker Motorola is planning to launch a new DROID RAZR smartphone soon. Dubbed Motorola DROID RAZR M HD, the upcoming device is a slight improvement in comparison with other smartphones in the series.
According to Phonearena, the high-end handset will boast a 4.5-inch HD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and 326ppi.
In addition, it will be powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, accompanied by an Adreno 225 graphics processing unit, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM.
The DROID RAZR M HD will pack 16GB of internal memory, microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB), as well as a high-capacity 3300 mAh Li-Ion battery, which is rated by Motorola for up to 21 hours of talk time or up to 15 days of standby time.
Last but not least, the smartphone is said to ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, and will receive an Android 4.2 update later on.
