Mobile phone maker Motorola appears set to make the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system available for as many devices as possible, and its RAZR HD is now confirmed to receive it in France.

As Frandroid notes, Motorola France has posted info on the matter on its website, confirming the upcoming availability of the update, but without offering specific info on when it might arrive.

Apparently, Motorola RAZR HD XT925 will receive the update at both Orange and Vodafone (SFR), despite the fact that the phone is almost two years old.

Motorola has already started to push Android 4.4 KitKat to some of its smartphones, yet it remains to be seen how long it will need to make it available for all those devices that are eligible for the upgrade. Keep an eye on this space for more on the matter.
