As expected, Rogers and Motorola Mobility introduced the RAZR HD LTE in Canada. The smartphone is now available for purchase for as low as $100 CAD with a new three-year agreement.

Customers who do not want to commit to a long-term contract will have to come up with no less than $600 CAD upfront to get the smartphone.

Motorola RAZR HD LTE is delivered with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich platform out of the box, but the handset maker promised a Jelly Bean update would be available for download soon.

Furthermore, the smartphone is equipped with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 12GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory.

However, the phone’s main selling points are the LTE support and the impressive 4.7-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that features HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution.
