Last week, Google announced that it had reached an agreement with Lenovo for the purchase of Motorola by the Chinese vendor, and it appears that Motorola will be holding a press event at the upcoming MWC 2014 show in Barcelona.

The company has already sent out invitations, though no specific info on what will be announced there has been provided.

However, it appears that there will be no major unveilings, but that it will treat the event as a business meeting, as pocket-lint notes.

Basically, this suggests that the handset vendor might share some more details on what will happen with its smartphone roadmap after the Chinese company completes its acquisition.

Previously, Lenovo unveiled that it wouldn’t interact with Motorola’s current device roadmap, but it did not offer additional info on the matter.
