We have recently told you that the third-generation Motorola Moto X is coming, and if we’re going to believe the information online, the upcoming phone is going to arrive with a 5.2-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that supports QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

The handset will draw power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset (like the LG G4) that accommodates a hexa-core processor with no less than 4GB of RAM.

On top of that, the Moto X (2015) will be fitted with either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage (no mention of a microSD card). Life support will come from a 3,280 mAh battery.

The previous report also said the Moto X (2015) would pack a 16MP rear-facing camera. But today’s news brings us another detail to better complete the picture.

According to the folks of STJS Gadgets, the 16MP camera, which is poised to arrive with Clear pixel technology, will also add OIS support (Optical image stabilization). Moreover, the device will be able to shoot in 4K (at 30 fps) and slow motion.

At 1080p, users will be able to record at up to 120 fps, while at 720p recording can be achieved at 240fps.

For the time being, we don’t know when Motorola will make an official announcement related to the third-gen Moto X, but we’ll make sure to keep you updated.
