It appears that Motorola plans to roll out a software update to all Motorola Electrify devices in the near future. The handset maker is currently seeking 200 Electrify owners to test and provide feedback on future updates.

Motorola Electrify is the U.S. Cellular version of the Motorola Photon 4G, which was released back in August.

Members of the Motorola Owners' Forum who own the Motorola Electrify can register to be among the 200 users that will test any future updates for their smartphones.

According to Motorola, the registration period will be open until all the spots are taken. Those interested should know that testers will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.

Obviously, all Motorola Electrify owners who are selected to test the software updates will be notified via email when the trial begins.
