Good news for Motorola fans, as the US-based handset maker has just announced a “Save the Date” event for November 13. Dubbed Moto G, the announcement will go live next week, but no additional details have been provided.

The Moto G is supposedly the next smartphone to be launched by Motorola just in time for the holidays. The latest information leaked on the Moto G points out that it will be released in the UK at phones4u for only £134 ($215/€155) outright.

The smartphone is said to pack a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 8GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 64GB).

In addition, Moto G is expected to sport a 4.5-inch edge-to-edge HD (720p) capacitive touchscreen display, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls. Stay tuned for more updates on Motorola’s November 13 event.
