Motorola Approves Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for DROID RAZR M (Updated)

The update should be rolled out in the following days

Verizon and Motorola released the DROID RAZ M back in September with Android 4.0 ICS onboard. However, the US-based handset maker confirmed that a Jelly Bean upgrade would be launched soon.

According to Droid-Life, Motorola has just approved the promised Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for DROID RAZR M, so it shouldn’t take too long for the company to push it through.

The Big Red has yet to publish the official changelog for this update, though DROID RAZR M owners can find more details on Jelly Bean on Motorola’s dedicated page.

Expect lots of enhancements and new features to be included in this update, such as Google Now, improved voice search and keyboard, as well as better notifications.

Also, the camera response will be enhanced to make it much speedier. Stay tuned for more info on the subject.

UPDATE: Verizon has just confirmed the rollout of the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean upgrade will start on November 9.
