Dennis Woodside, CEO of Motorola, has already confirmed this

Mobile phone maker Motorola is getting ready for the launch of its Moto Maker service to more countries out there, starting with Latin America.

Dennis Woodside, CEO of Motorola, has already confirmed this in a Google+ Hangout with popular YouTube user Marques Brownlee (the video can be seen embedded above), yet he did not provide a specific release date for the service.

According to Woodside, however, Moto Maker should be available in more markets starting with the next year, though the move will include a series of changes in the supply chain.

He notes that one of the key factors in Moto Maker’s success is being close to users in a certain market. However, it appears that Motorola is already having the Moto X assembled in territories such as Brazil and Argentina, which would make it even easier for the service to be launched there.
