The latest update brings lots of bug fixes and a few new features

One of the most popular video players for Android devices, MoboPlayer has just received an important update that fixes lots of issues reported by users.

Developed by Mobo Team, the application features support for MKV, MPV, MOV and a lot others, as well as support for subtitle formats such as SRT and SAA.

According to the official changelog, the following bug fixes have been added to MoboPlayer for Android devices:

- Fixed: Cannot keep screen on while playing some videos by float window; - Fixed: Screen off automatic while adjust brightness to lowest; - Fixed: Videos on otg external storage browsed by “Nexus Media Importer” could not be played; - Fixed: Videos on MMS could not be played; - Fixed: Some videos' sound could not decode by software.

In addition, developers have confirmed they have added Indonesia and Arab translation, along with the option to restore float window's position and size.

You can now download MoboPlayer for Android 1.3.276 for free via Softpedia. The video player should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 2.0 and up.
