These changes have been available for other platforms for a long time

Microsoft has finally made it easier for Windows Phone developers and users alike to find out which version of a certain app or game has been reviewed and on what device model.

These features are already available in Google Play Store for a long time, so users who leave feedback are now tagged with the version of the application they reviewed and the smartphone that has the app installed.

With the latest changes, Microsoft brings the Windows Phone Store closer to what other similar app stores offer in terms of functionality and makes it easier for users to leave feedback on the application they use.

Windows Phone developers will now be able to learn immediately based on the feedback received, which version of their publication has been reviewed and on what type of device.

This will make it easier for developers to identify any issues with their applications and address them in future updates. The next update that Microsoft is likely to push for Windows Phone Store will probably enable an option for developers that would allow them to reply to reviews posted on their app’s page.

However, it’s unclear when this update will be rolled out, though judging by how fast things are moving, we expect the new option to be available sooner rather than later.
