It looks like Nokia US has just confirmed that Microsoft will be releasing a software update for Lumia 920 sometime this month.

The Mobile Fanatics reports that Nokia US responded to one of its tweets about a bricked AT&T Lumia 920 by saying that there would be a new software update available for the Finnish company's flagship handset.

“Microsoft will be releasing a SW update this month. We'll announce from here when available,” tweeted Nokia on its official account.

HTC 8X was the first Windows Phone 8 to receive a software update earlier this month, which promised to fix some of the issues reported by users.

There are no additional details regarding the changes included in the upcoming update, but we're already half way through the month, so Lumia 920 owners should get it pretty soon. Stay tuned for more info on the matter.
