Mobile phone maker Micromax has been rumored lately to plan on bringing to the market an octa-core smartphone in the not too distant future, and the company has already started teasing the device.

As can be seen above, a video teaser with the handset is already available online, suggesting that it won’t be long before the phone becomes official, but without offering specific info on what it will have to offer.

However, previous reports on the device suggested that it would land on shelves with a 5-inch full HD screen and a 2GHz octa-core processor packed inside.

Moreover, it should feature 2GB of RAM, along with 32GB of internal memory and a 16-megapixel camera on the back, with LED flash. Micromax is also expected to pack it with a 5MP front camera, bgr.in notes.

No info on the handset’s price tag has been provided as of now, but it should not be too long before it goes official, so stay tuned.
